Learning outcomes

The objective of this course is to provide students with the general knowledge of the principles of nutrition, and the physiology of nutrition in humans. Students will be able to spend their acquired skills and knowledge in public and private structures interested in a scientific-based approach to the management of diet and diet therapy.
