Tuesday 9:00 – 12:30 only by appointment booked via email through the relevant office.
The help desk is open only to submit documents or collect signed original certificates pertaining to benefits/services managed by the Unit. To access the premises, you must wear a face covering over your mouth and nose. Without it, you will not be allowed to enter. For tracking purposes, as required during the health emergency, upon entering the premises you will be asked to provide your personal details.
