Remote services at the University of Bologna: offices, student administration and right to education offices, libraries

Several University services and offices are available online and will work remotely to guarantee their operations and respond to the needs of the university community during the coronavirus emergency.

Remote Services

E-mails, phone calls, Teams videoconferencing, electronic resources: these are some of the remote-work protocols adopted by the University offices to guarantee their services to students and to the entire Alma Mater community.

The DPCM of 9 March 2020 disposed the closure to the public of the offices until 3 April. This, however, did not prevent the activation of online services to meet the requests of students and staff members.

Classes, exam and graduation sessions are continuing online, moreover students can login to Studenti Online to undertake all the steps of their educational path, to contact their student administration office, the right to education offices and other facilities. They can do so via e-mail or through the contact methods described on the UniBo Portal, and on the web pages of the campuses and of the degree courses.

The UniBo Portal lists the web pages in which students can find the main services and contact details to which they can ask to be called back. University online library services (data bases, journals, e-books) are available through proxy from domestic internet connections.
