Customer Satisfaction Survey of the Campus of Rimini Students' Administration Office
The Department for students services of the Unibo Campus of Rimini, as part of the Servizio Civile Nazionale project "University: to study, to live, to work", has started a survey to understand the level of satisfaction of their customers
All the students enrolled in an Unibo Campus of Rimini course, by filling an online survey, have the opportunity to express their opinions and their suggestions on the services offered by the Students' administration office. The final purpose of the research is to start and maintain an active dialogue between the office and its users; It's a process of gathering and exchanging informations very useful to improve the offered services, in order to meet the needs of the students and their families.
