Learning outcomes

The knowledge of medico-legal issues for the education of  lex operators. 

Course contents

Definition and medico-legal fields. Individual's damage. Causality. Imputability and forensic psycopathology. Crimes against life and against individual safe, sexual crimes. Abortion. Traumatology. Thanatology. Crime scene investigation. Forensic genetics and toxicology. Health reports and certificate. Social insurance. Professional confidentiality. Reports to the Courts. Informed consent. professional liability.

The same contents will be provided for Erasmus students.
