The rich programme includes moments of critical reflection, with talks on different topics - e.g. literature, art, manga, music, cinema - by scholars and researchers from famous international centres, and artists performances and workshops; NipPop encourage exchange with the audience, with roundtables and interviews with authors and artists, but also screenings and much more.
In 2020, for its tenth edition, NipPop will focus in particular on the birth of Japanese pop cultures and on the phenomena and artistic products that have marked their spread overseas.
