Are you accessing an on-line service for the first time?
When you are given your credentials, you will be given an initial username and password, generated automatically by the system, called PUK (Personal Unblocking Key).
To access the on-line services, you must set your own password.
If you haven't already done so, on the website http://www.dsa.unibo.it enter your username (firstname.lastname@example.org) and thePUK (in the password box) in the login screen.
After access you can set your personal password that you will use in future for all on-line services.
Have you forgotten your personal password?
If you can't remember your personal password you can reset the PUK password using the credentials recovery service.
For reasons of security, the service will send the PUK to alternative contact details (e-mail, mobile phone) that you have entered when previously recording your data.
You don't have or have lost your PUK?
If you can't remember your PUK use the credentials recovery service which will send the PUK to alternative contact details (e-mail, mobile phone) that you have entered when previously recording your data.
If you have never set your personal password and don't know your PUK send an e-mail to email@example.com.
