Learning outcomes

At the end of the course, the student: - has a good knowledge of the competitive environments characteristics in which the company works and the various organizational models needed to adapt to them; - is able to recognize personality types; patterns and decision-making processes; and options for teamwork; - is familiar with the dynamics of change, conflict, diversity management, and alternative ways to organize that may appear during the company life; - is able to refer to bibliographic material and to know the bases of the most widely used organizational network analysis softwares.

Social Network Analysis: A Manual by Borgatti or Scott will be made available during the course.

Organisational Behaviour by H. L. Tosi and M. Pilati (Egea, 2nd edition, chapters 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6).
