97444 - DI-VERSIFICANDO: Poetry, Translation, Publishing (Lm)

Academic Year 2025/2026

Learning outcomes

At the end of the seminar (an activity closely relevant to the aims of the degree programme) students acquire specific expertise and notions that make it possible to deal with topics and issues of a linguistic and/or philological and/or literary and/or historical and/or artistic type. The aim of the seminar is to train students in such skills like analysing and understanding a literary text (in particular: poetic) and publicly commenting it, in connection with its translation, as well as to examine in depth the more specifically professional issues connected with the functioning of poetry in the publishing industry.
