Course contents

TITLE: Inclusive processes in didactics

The main focus of the workshop is to develop, in a logic of co-construction, an inclusive didactic proposal that promotes a new inclusive outlook in the classrooms and their families towards children with disabilities in the classrooms.

The contents will be addressed with active teaching methods and will be:

- Disability at school: how to activate the network in the classroom for the creation of an inclusive outlook
- multimodal didactics
The workshop, in a participative form, will allow the knowledge of the main characteristics of inclusive didactics and will allow the construction of transferable didactic actions.

If possible, the workshop will be held in parallel with other Italian universities belonging to the E-Twinning network.

Readings/Bibliography

The text that will serve as a theoretical reference for the topics covered in the workshop is, in particular:

Drio Ianes, Heidrun Demo (eds.), Non uno di meno. Didattica e Inclusione scolastica, Franco Angeli, Milano, 2021 (open access at the following link: https://series.francoangeli.it/index.php/oa/catalog/view/677/508/3860)

Other possible materials will be posted on Virtual

Teaching methods

Activities will be proposed through a structured sequence of analogue and metaphorical actions, ensuring a protected environment in which it is possible to make mistakes, try and try again, test oneself, learn from successes and mistakes.

An environment will be provided for planned learning that enables one to become more effective in doing one's work.

Assessment methods

The following will be assessed during the course of the course: punctuality (with respect to participation in the workshop and presentation of the papers/exercises), degree of interaction, language property, accuracy of expression.

Formative assessment (of tutorials, individual reports, presentation of group work, etc.), carried out together with the student, will make it possible to understand the knowledge and skills he/she has gradually attained.
