Learning outcomes
The Laboratory is aimed at exercising students' capabilities in delivering public presentations and debating on some main international issues like terrorism, climate change negotiations, responsibility to protect debate etc., and preparing short essays as well.
Course contents
Students will be introduced to the work of academic and professional public debate through presentations. Famous political speeches and presentations will be debated in the classroom. Then students will exercise their capabilities by planning panels, delivering presentations and finally debating on relevant international issues.

Teaching methods
Laboratory activities will include analyzing relevant case-studies speeches, and students' presentations and debate.
Assessment methods
The Laboratory does not imply a final exam but regular attendance is required. Drills will allow to assess students' attainments.
