Learning outcomes

At the end of the course, the student will have acquired knowledge of cultural aspects and specific regulations aimed at ensuring the proper practice of the profession and improving the quality of care.
In particular, the student will be able to:

  • identify the main characteristics of injuries and traumatic mechanisms;

  • understand the importance of data confidentiality and ensure its appropriate protection;

  • recognize circumstances that require mandatory reporting and respond appropriately;

  • identify situations that may involve professional liability and act to safeguard the health of individuals;

  • understand the limits of their professional scope and respect the roles and responsibilities of other healthcare professionals.
