Learning outcomes
At the end of the module, the student will have the ability to apply knowledge and understanding regarding the historical and legislative facts that have shaped the cultural and professional evolution of the midwife, with particular regard to the transition from a practical-empirical, predominantly female assistance to a structured and organized care based on scientific knowledge.
