Learning outcomes
At the end of the course, the student knows how to use a modeling superstructure (System Dynamics) to support multidimensional control systems and correlate to it appropriate rewarding/ incentive mechanisms for corporate management.

The exam is aimed at verifying the knowledge and understanding of the key elements of management consulting.
The test consists in development and presentation of a business case through the use of Ms PowerBI.
