Learning outcomes

Critical knowledge of legal institutes and legal doctrine in european history, with particular reference to the history of criminal justice

Course contents

The course offers a deep screening of history of sources of law, legal culture and euthanasia.

The examination is oral. An optional test and an optional short dissertation are reserved to students attending the course.

The degree topics are history of criminal law, criminal justice, biolaw and family (XII-XX centur.)
