Learning outcomes
The goal of this course is to provide students with a sound knowledge of the main juridical conceptions. At the end of the course the students will know about juridical methods including comparison, and understand the origin and evolution of basic concepts such as contract, constitution, subsidiarity.

The italian Constitution-
Teaching methods
The first part of the course will be an introduction to
Private Law, in order to learn about basic concepts of right,
subjectivity and sources organization.
The second part will be dedicated to public Law and, in particular, to basic constitutional principles among which: the system of sources, state vs. government forms, and freedom rights (with special attention to the right to Asylum and guarantees system) are paramount.
The programme will be completed during lesson time and integrated by seminars.
Assessment methods
The examination will be oral.
Participation to seminars, as well as papers about specific topics, will be taken into account in the final evaluation of students.
