Learning outcomes
The student
deepens the fundamental institutions of Private law, with
particular attention to the matter of the human rights,
inheritance, obligations and contracts, civil
liability.
The
aim of the Course is to give to students, in a gradual and
systematic manner, the necessary familiarity with the language and
the logic of Private law and, therefore, to make them acquire a
solid method of legal analysis of private
relationship.
Course contents
The course aims to illustrate the basic principles and institutions of private law, with particular regard to individuals, situations of belonging and institutes - above all obligation, contract, inheritance and civil liability - through which one realizes the legal circulation of goods and the performance of assets. The exam will be focused on the following program, which constitutes the subject of the Course: - The legal system in general; - Sources and application of the law; - Private law and Constitution; - The Civile Code of 1942; - Private international law; - The subjects of law: natural and legal persons; - Rights of individual; - Kinship and affinity; - Infirmity of mind and means of protection of the incapacited person; - The family; - Inheritance and donation; - Property and possession; - Obligations; - Contract in general and specific contracts; - Unilateral promises; - Management of other's business; - Unjustified enrichment; - Tort; - The judicial protection of rights.

Teaching methods
Teaching method aims to foster learning
through an exposition of the topics that takes into account their
inseparable logical and systematic relationship.
Also the case law study, as final stage of
the analysis, is of significant importance.
Lessons will be held during the first
semester, so that students who get the attending certificate con
take the exam from the month of January
Assessment methods
Oral exam.
Teaching tools
Students have to use an italian
civil code updated.
In order to facilitate the assimilation of concepts, also
through the display of logical link, the illustration of the topics
will be accompanied by the projection of Power Point
