MOS transistors. MOS planar technology. CMOS inverter.
Electrical characteristics. CMOS logic. Gate design.
Semicoductor memories. SRAM, DRAM and non volatile
memories.
Basic concepts about signals and their threatment. Amplifiers:
linear amplifiers, Differential amplifiers.
Operational amplifiers: popular circuits, active filters.
Diodes: rectifiers, zener voltage references, linear power supplies.
AD/DA converters. Switched capacitors filters.
