Learning outcomes

Basic concepts about analysis and design of ananlog and digital circuits

Course contents

MOS transistors. MOS planar technology. CMOS inverter.

Electrical characteristics. CMOS logic. Gate design.

Semicoductor memories. SRAM, DRAM and non volatile memories.

Basic concepts about signals and their threatment. Amplifiers: linear amplifiers, Differential amplifiers.

Operational amplifiers: popular circuits, active filters.

Diodes: rectifiers, zener voltage references, linear power supplies.

AD/DA converters. Switched capacitors filters.
