Learning outcomes

Lessons will take into consideration the fundamental principles of civil procedure and some of the most relevant proceedings, not only in their codified expression but in order to understand the logic construction rules have been written upon.

Paolo Biavati-Michele A. Lupoi (a cura di), Regole europee e giustizia civile, Bononia University Press, 2013 (of all the regulations commented, the student has to prepare just reg. n. 1215 and another three on his choice).

Teaching methods

Partecipation to lessons is not obligatory, nevertheless is recommended to better understand the main topics and to be helped in order to prepare the oral exam.

Assessment methods

Oral exam related to all items (see "programma"), asking the student to develop some of the main topics.

Teaching tools

It's preferable having code of civil procedure without comment (electronic version as well) while attending lessons.
