28012 - Electronic Calculators T

Academic Year 2012/2013

  • Teaching Mode: Traditional lectures
  • Campus: Bologna
  • Corso: First cycle degree programme (L) in Computer Engineering (cod. 0926)

Learning outcomes

The course aims at providing students with a basic knowkedge of microprocessor architecture and of the electornic circuits involved. As an example a simple RISC processor, 8088 microprocessor and few integrated peripherals are analysed. Interfacing techinques are presented for simple devices. At the end of the cours students can design and implements and program simple control systems.
