Learning outcomes

Aim of the course is giving the students a complete knowledge of company law, negotiable instruments law, contract law and bankruptcy law.

Course contents

For all the students:

- The entrpreneur;

- Company law;

- Negotiable instruments.

Only for the students attending the course "Laurea magistrale":

- Commercial contracts;

- Bankruptcy and other proceedings for the crisis of the companies.

The contents herein above will be asked during the examinations, since May 2012, indipendently from the year during which the students have attended the course.

Teaching methods

During the lectures, it will be made a general, social and economic framework of the subjects and a presentation of the main rules stated by our legal system.

The students have the possibility to prepare a brief dissertation about one of the subjects studied during the lessons: dissertation which can be discussed with the teacher during the examination.

Assessment methods

During the oral exam the students will have to show their knowledge of business law by discussing their dissertation, if any, and two or three subjects studied in their textbook.

Teaching tools

Apart from the books suggested for studying all the contents of the course, during the lectures the teacher will indicate other books, articles, judgments about subjects which could be particularly interesting for the students.
