  • Posture:  definitions - control - neurophysiologic, anatomical/functional, psychological and environmental correlations.
  • Methods for the restoration of the posture: Rolfing, Mézières, Alexander, Feldenkrais, Berthérat, Pilates, Mc. Kenzie, Back School.
  • Relaxation method: Schultz, Jacobson, Alexander, Wintrebert, Caycedo.
  • Factors that influence methodological choices.
  • Possibility and manners of operation according to the age of the subjects.
  • Analysis of the skeletal alterations.
    Taping
  • Respiratory education and re-education.

Drawing up of protocols of personalized programme

Readings/Bibliography

For the final exam students are expected:
-         to write an essay on a given topic
-         to take an oral exam on the topic of their essay and on the general knowledge acquired during the course
