- Posture: definitions - control - neurophysiologic, anatomical/functional, psychological and environmental correlations.
- Methods for the restoration of the posture: Rolfing, Mézières, Alexander, Feldenkrais, Berthérat, Pilates, Mc. Kenzie, Back School.
- Relaxation method: Schultz, Jacobson, Alexander, Wintrebert, Caycedo.
- Factors that influence methodological choices.
- Possibility and manners of operation according to the age of the subjects.
- Analysis of the skeletal alterations.
Taping - Respiratory education and re-education.
Drawing up of protocols of personalized programme
