Students are supposed to have a basic knowledge of the organization of the State, so the ones who don't have passed the exam of Public Law are requested to read a manual of this subject.


During the course other material will be probably given to students, such as laws, decisions or articles.

Teaching methods

The course will be divided into a first general introduction about the basements of the system of Regions and local organizations.

The whole study will be accompanied by the study of constitutional case law that will be also analyzed and explained by groups of students.

Assessment methods

The exam will consist in a n oral examination.


The participation in the activities and Seminars will be taken into consideration in the final evaluation. The explanation of decisions of the Constitutional Court will be basic for full time students and will be taken into consideration for the global evaluation of students.
