Learning outcomes
At the end of the course, the student: - has the basic concepts of framing the discipline of public services, with particular reference to the services to the person as well as those related to the sport and leisure sector; - possesses the fundamental concepts of the management of the aforementioned services both internally and by relying on (by means of contracts, concessions and conventions) to the operators of the sector - has the knowledge of the modules for the outsourcing of the aforesaid services - is able to analyze the main Service contract clauses relating to the sectors concerned.
Course contents
The course aims to analyze and deepen the most significant aspects of the discipline of public services and the management of these, considering the norms and constitutional principles on which the complex national and regional legislative discipline is based, as well as the doctrinal and The jurisprudential dictates that have contributed to enriching the regulatory framework of reference.
Particular attention will be given to the following topics:
1) behavioral models and acts of the Public Administration;
2) public services to the person: health, social and sports;
3) management of public sports facilities.

Assessment methods
Lessons will be held in the II semester and, therefore, those who obtain the attestation of attendance will be able to take the exam from the following month of May to June.
