The students who have attended this course shall base their preparation for the exam on the lectures and all the material that will be upload on the AMS Campus.

Students who have NOT attended this course shall base their preparation for the exam on:

-R. Blanpain (ed), Comparative Labour Law and Industrial Relations in Industrialized Market Economies, Wolters Kluwer, 2014 - limited to chapters from 1 to 5, and from 18 to 22.
