Professional Profile
The SPICES Master’s degree lasts one year. It is delivered in English and issues 60 university training credits (CFU). The course aims to: (1) provide high-profile multidisciplinary training specifically focused on the requirements of the "space missions industry”, (2) illustrate the elements that contribute to the conception, development, and execution of a space mission, (3) teach the main computer and statistical techniques for analyzing data taken from artificial satellites - for their optimal exploitation in both basic and applied research. The SPICES Master’s also offers a wide range of internships in private companies, space industries, space agencies, institutes, public and private research bodies, and laboratories. Professors, coordinators, and all the lecturers of the course have direct and proven international experience in various aspects of space missions (scientific, engineering, IT, statistical and programmatic).
