From the Statute to the principles of the plan
The Strategic Plan sets out our University’s priorities and will direct our actions over the next six years.
Our Strategic Plan is hinged upon four key principles and four areas: Teaching and student community, Research, People, Society.
The most important principles in the Statute of the Alma Mater, on which our Strategic Plan is based, are translated into 50 tangible goals that will be achieved through a number of specific actions.
These goals are aimed at seizing the opportunities of the Italian Recovery and Resilience Plan (PNRR) and the Sustainability Development Goals (SDGs) of the United Nations 2030 Agenda.
Plan and monitoring
A dedicated website containing the full strategic plan is available throughout the entire duration of the plan. This collects monitoring data on the activities conducted and shows the progress of a series of indicators.
The website will also publish news and evidence of the progress achieved by the actions implemented over time.

"The 2022-2027 Strategic Plan fully reflects the acknowledgement that we can indeed provide a substantial contribution to the creation of public value. The Strategic Plan draws inspiration from its deeplyrooted values, clear and ambitious political goals and guidelines, which are worthy of our longstanding history and ideals."
