The Plotina project was funded by the European Commission through the Horizon 2020 program (Grant agreement n.666008) and is coordinated by Prof. Tullia Gallina Toschi of the University of Bologna.
The Plotina project aims at promoting research and researchers, particularly women, who more often abandon their career path.
One of the main action of PLOTINA consists on the implementation of the Gender Equality Plan, which also includes part of the Positive Action Plan 2018-2021 of the CUG.

The H2020 Project "Plotina: Promoting Gender Balance and Inclusion in Research Innovation and Training" (GA 666008), in collaboration with CUG UNIBO, the Human Resources Vice-Rector and the UNIBO administrative sector APOS, intends to promote equal opportunities improving the request for parental leaves for both male and female workers.
