Presentation and organisation
Two teaching buildings of the University of Bologna are located in the city of Faenza:
- Science division - Chemistry and Technologies for the Environment and Materials Degree Programme - Traditional and Innovative Materials and Professional master’s programme in Composite Materials (Via Granarolo, 62 Faenza), at the Torricelli Scientific and Technological Park.
- Medicine and Surgery division - Nursing and Speech and Language Therapy Degree Programmes (Via San Giovanni Bosco n. 1, Faenza), in the prestigious “ex-Salesiani” complex, owned by Faventia Sales S.p.A., which was recently redeveloped.

The premises where the teaching activities of the Chemistry and Technologies for the Environment and Materials Degree Programme are carried out include facilities and spaces designed to support students in their studies and professional and cultural research: Lecture rooms, laboratories (Open lab), library and study rooms.
Premises of the Nursing - Premises of the First Cycle Degree/Bachelor in Speech and Language Therapy Degree Programme
The “ex-Salesiani” complex, where the teaching activities of the Nursing and Speech and Language Therapy Degree Programmes are carried out, include facilities and spaces designed to support students in their studies and professional and cultural research: Nursing lecture rooms, laboratories, library and study room and Speech and Language Therapy lecture rooms, laboratories, library and study room.

Access to the ALMAWIFI wireless network is available in all university buildings.
The network can be accessed by all teachers and students who have an active University account.
