Controls concerning self-certifications

Methods concerning the automatic acquisition of data and controls performed on self-certifications and declarations in lieu concerning university careers and data concerning specialist medical students and graduates at the Alma Mater Studiorum – University of Bologna.

Public administrations needing to acquire data automatically and check the contents of any declarations made pursuant to articles 46 and 47 of D.P.R. 445/2000, may do so by applying in writing either to:

  • the e-mail account: (the e-mail account receives messages only from other certified e-mail accounts.
  • the following address:

Contents of the control and data requests

The request must contain the following details:

  • Originating office:
  • clear and complete purpose of the request and all information required to retrieve the relative information; if the control concerns a self-certification or declaration in lieu, the declaration must be annexed;
  • clearly indicated name and position of the signatory;
  • address to which the reply must be sent.


Response times

Requests received are processed within 30 days of receipt by the Official University Protocol.
