Learning outcomes

Students learn the basic of Arabic language and culture; be able to understand simple written text and oral speech.

Course contents

  • Grammar: the article, the pronouns (personal pronouns and demonstrative pronouns), the noun (masculine and feminine), interrogative particles, the adjective (the adjective patterns, comparative and superlative of the adjective), the nominal sentence, the derived forms of the verb (the perfect and the imperfect), the cardinal numbers (counting with masculine and feminine nouns).
