Learning outcomes
At the end of the course, the student acquires scientific and didactic-training knowledge in the field of metabolic diseases, with specific reference to the prescription and administration of physical exercise in type I and type II diabetes mellitus.
Course contents
The course is developed in the framework of the European project BE-NEW developed in the framework of Erasmus+ Knowledge Alliances Project BE-NEW 622371-EPP-1-2020-1-IT-SPO-SCP with European funding https://site.unibo.it/benew/en
The course will be organized in both lectures and seminars.
The course will be held exclusively online via teams.
The lectures will be held by Prof. Raffi having as topics: glicemic control, types of diabetes, incidence, altered physiological mechanisms.
In most of the lessons there will be a seminar held by a project partner. The specific contributions of each partner are listed below.
