Teaching methods

Practical histopathology classes introduced by a lesson about the characteristic aspects of the pathologies.
Students have the opportunity of studying the histological slides by the individual access to microscopes in the teacher's presence.

Assessment methods

The learning level will be assessed at the end of classes by the examination of a slide at light microscopy. The student must be able to recognize the morphologic alterations of cells and tissues and to discuss their pathogenesis.
