Learning outcomes

At the end of the course, the student is able to: Know the psycho-pedagogical dynamics underlying human behavior and interhuman relationships within society; Know the relational dynamics between individuals in the structures of social life and work.

Course contents

The course will focus on the elements of complexity of educational and care relationships and on the corresponding training models, defining in the first lessons the concepts of pedagogy and education, in close connection with elements of professional ethics. The most consistent part of the program will concern the fundamentals of the pedagogy of communication, combining them with the specific features of the professional health fields. Then other thematics will be presented, striktly linked with the formation of the effective communicator: in particular some aspects of the Freudian theory of the unconscious, the concept of empathy and the paradigm of empowerment. Finally, some lessons will be dedicated to the most pressing critical issues that characterize the most marginal neighborhoods of our city, putting in place the need for interventions that know how to combine the educational sphere with the health one, aimed at promoting health and well-being in all their dimensions.
