Learning outcomes
To the end of the course the student will know civil code and international civil law about real rights, obligations, contracts and civil responsability.
Course contents
The basic of rights.The juiridical rule, the juridical
relationship. The sources of italian and european civil law.
The subjects. Persons (associations, commitee, foundations).
The human rights.
The property: the personal property, the property in to the civil
code and in to the Constitution.
The other real rights. The ownership.
The obligations:sources of obligations, the debt and the credit.
The debt's responsability. The warrants.
The contract. The requirements of contract. The interpretation of
contract. The invalid and the valid agreement.
The consumer's contracts.
The illicit fact. Illicit fact and aquiliana responsability.
Patrimonial and not patrimonial damage. The damages.
The protection of rights.
