Learning outcomes

At the end of the course the student must possess the knowledge and skills to understand the work processes of healthcare organizations, personnel management strategies, professional evaluation and accreditation systems in order to promote the integration of nursing teams in services. and midwives with other professionals to achieve safe, effective, efficient, relevant, culture-sensitive services, appropriately documented and provided by competent personnel.
