Course contents
How to create relationships with nature
The lab main aim consists in favouring in participants the growth and development of a serene, curious, collaborative attitude towards nature, a condition of fundamental importance for the educator intending to test through his / her work the rich opportunities offered by a close contact with a natural environment and its elements. The project is based on an alternation of outdoor activities - to take place in the Villa Ghigi and Villa Grosso Parks - and classroom meetings.
The former will allow full immersion in nature, offering the possibility to interact with the environment and have a direct experience of the educational potential connected with an orchard or garden in promoting well being, cope with difficult situations, discover resources and potentialities we all possess, favour team work resulting in new skills and knowledge.
The latter will offer the opportunity to question about performance, methods and best tools to reinforce, in different educational contexts, the tendency we all possess to interact with the life surrounding us.
The project finds the collaboration of Valentina Bergonzoni, an educator in environmental resources at Villa Ghigi Foundation and ortotherapist.

For outdoor visits warm, comfortable, easy to clean clothing and footwear are recommended.
