Learning outcomes

At the end of the course, the student will have acquired complementary knowledges regarding the profession of chemist and industrial chemist, both in the public and private sector.

Course contents

Participation in seminars, conferences and in general outreach activities (exhibitions, fairs) on topics related to the field of chemistry and industrial chemistry, held outside of the regular lesson time for the courses included in the studies plan of the student.

Visiting factories and laboratories pertaining to the field of chemistry and industrial chemistry.

Participation in laboratory work or internship, provided that they do not form part of the courses included in the studies plan of the student, or are not carried out in the frame of the experimental work for the preparation of the degree thesis.

Participation in short technical and scientific training courses (at companies, organizations, etc.).
