Learning outcomes

On completion of the course, the student will be able to:

  • Independently apply the techniques learnt either on his/her own or by taking part to institutional planning activities.
  • Discuss with other persons the diverse ways to employ and document the above techniques.
  • Apply the knowledge acquired to distinct types of services.
  • Evaluate the upsides, as well as the drawbacks, of the taught technical instruments.
  • Transfer the new skills to various contexts by personally modifying and integrating them whenever requested by circumstances.

Intended Learning Outcomes (ILOs)

  • Showing self-assurance and credibility in social and professional relationships, arguing in a clear and incisive manner, overcoming shyness, developing self-confidence, raising people’s attention during reunions, meetings, debates, conferences, presentations.
  • Managing confidently all critical variables of an oral presentation (message strategy, verbal and nonverbal skills for presentation, reasonings’ incisiveness, enhancing group relations).
