Learning outcomes

At the end of the seminar, the student will acquire some fundamental legal concepts that enable them to follow the teachings of the first year of the degree programs in the Department of Legal Studies with adequate awareness; they will possess basic knowledge of private and public law.

Teaching methods

The seminar includes lectures, reading and commentary of the reference texts, and practical sessions.

Additional information regarding the seminar will be communicated during class and published online.

Assessment methods

The final assessment will be a written exam consisting of 30 multiple-choice questions on the topics covered in the seminar. The minimum passing score is 18 correct answers out of 30.
