Learning outcomes
At the conclusion of the course, the student demonstrates an appropriate understanding of the correct procedures to be followed in relation to judicial authorities when required by law, is able to understand the significance of informed consent in medical treatment, and possesses knowledge of offenses prosecutable according to the law, the principles of Law 194/1978. Furthermore, the student understands the fundamental elements necessary to delineate professional liability and is able to articulate the issues related to the beginning and end of life.
