Learning outcomes
The student, at the end of the course, will acquire knowledge about proper lifestyle habits and the values that should be transmitted to citizens to prevent the onset of cardiovascular diseases and certain cancers.

Main determinants of longevity and well-being.
Health Status Profile in Italy.
Lifestyles.
Nutrients, fruits, and vegetables.
Dietary Regimens and Prevention of Chronic Diseases.
Description of the most common Dietary Regimens.
Foods, diets, and supplements.

Teaching methods
The course comprises 2 CFU (in-person teaching).
Assessment methods
The final exam consists of a written paper with 31 multiple-choice questions (4 options each). Each multiple-choice question is worth 1 point. The questions will pertain to the course content covered. A distinction (lode) is awarded to the student who achieves a score of 31/31.
The exam will be conducted using the EOL application.
The final grade for the Integrated Course will be weighted with the results obtained in the exams of the other course components taught by different instructors.
There is an intermediate assessment test planned during the course.
