Learning outcomes
At the end of the course, the student is familiar with the key points of the supranational regulations on digital markets, also in the light of the relevant case law. In particular, the student understands the main issues relating to the protection requirements of stakeholders and is able to put forward reasoned solutions for concrete cases.
Course contents
The lectures, which are part of a course dedicated to the analysis of the legal phenomena arising from the digitalisation of markets, will mainly focus on the most relevant aspects of European regulation of the sector, namely, the Digital Market Act (DMA), the Digital Service Act (DSA) and the Artificial Intelligence Act (AIA). The analysis will be carried out by examining European case law and enforcement practice.
