Readings/Bibliography
The material to be examined will be based on the course slides deposited on the website https://virtuale.unibo.it
For those wishing to integrate with a text (not mandatory):
Girotti, Zorzi (edited by), Manual of General Psychology, Il Mulino.
Teaching methods
Lectures with audio-visual instruments.
The teaching methodology involves using virtual and Teams alongside the Qualtrics and Jatos platforms to carry out in-depth laboratory experiences on the topics previously introduced at the theoretical level in class. In this way, the students will be involved in group work, where the dependent and independent variables of the experimental design will be identified, the analyzed data will be introduced, and a joint interpretative discussion of the results will be carried out. Furthermore, they will have the opportunity to know and test firsthand the analysis and tools presented in class (e.g., Test for measuring cognitive abilities).
Assessment methods
The final exam will consist of a multiple choice test on all the topics of the course.
The written test consists of 30 multiple response questions, to be completed in 20 minutes. The score will be so assigned: +1 point for each correct answer, 0 points for each question not answered.
The test will be passed with a score equivalent to half the maximum achievable.
