Assessment methods

The exam is held orally and consists of one or more questions on the program for each of the subjects of the Integrated Course. It will also be proposed to draw a tooth with its root system and the simulation of its internal anatomy for endodontic purposes. To pass the exam, the student must obtain a passing grade in each of the subjects and the final grade is the average of the two. The purpose of the oral exam is to verify the student's ability to apply his/her knowledge and to perform the necessary logical-deductive connections. The number of questions may vary based on the level of preparation and depth of the subject highlighted by the student in the answers. The exam aims to evaluate the achievement of the educational objectives and the knowledge of the topics covered in class Final grade grading: → 18-19: Preparation on a very limited number of topics covered in the course and analytical ability that emerges only with the help of the teacher, expression in generally correct language; → 20-24: Preparation on a limited number of topics covered in the course and autonomous analytical ability only on purely executive issues, expression in correct language; → 25-29: Preparation on a large number of topics covered in the course, ability to make independent choices of critical analysis, mastery of specific terminology; → 30-30L: Substantially exhaustive preparation on the topics covered in the course, ability to make independent choices of critical analysis and connection, full mastery of specific terminology and ability to argue and self-reflect.
