Learning outcomes

At the end of the course, the student has in-depth knowledge of the main issues of environmental law, in particular on the protection of air, water, waste management and remediation of contaminated sites. He also knows the discipline of the main certification systems in environmental matters. The student is able to solve environmental legal problems relating to the various forms of pollution.

3. The organization of environmental law.

4. Analysis of the so-called single environmental text (Legislative Decree No. 152 of April 3, 2006).

5. Procedures. Discipline of the EIA, EIA.

6. Environmental information and tools of protection.

7. Environmental damage and remediation of contaminated sites.

8. Air quality protection and air pollution.

9. Water protection and water protection instruments.

10. Water management and integrated water service.

11. The regulation of waste.

12. Climate change.

13. Biodiversity protection in EU and domestic law.

14. Noise and electromagnetic pollution.
