PEOPLE POWER – TALENT TOUR WITH ITALGAS is a project by Italgas and the Fondazione Mondo Digitale focusing on digital transformation and environmental sustainability. The aim is to offer young Italian talents, undergraduate or graduate students pursuing studies in economics and STEM fields, the opportunity to understand the innovation challenges of a large company like Italgas and participate in the competition for the title of "Green Champion 2023" with the possibility of an internship.

The starting point is the company's strategic plan, which, among its various objectives, includes continuing the digital transformation program to provide the country with cutting-edge infrastructure capable of receiving and distributing renewable gases such as biomethane and green hydrogen.

The event continues with a "creathon," a creative challenge where the best talents in the fields of economics and STEM compete for the title of "Green Champion 2023" and the opportunity for an internship at Italgas.
