Learning outcomes
The student acquires the techniques for studying the neuraxis in adults, children and fetuses. Advanced perfusion, diffusion, spectroscopy and tractography techniques.
Course contents
Basic and advanced MRI techniques for the study of the central nervous system for adult and pediatric patients suffering from tumor, degenerative and vascular pathologies. The evaluation of the NMR technique takes place for both 1.5T and 3T equipment, differentiating the specific peculiarities of use and exploitation of the method.
